Customer Service Representative (Contract – Up to 120 Days)
Location: Rocky Mount, VA (Hybrid: 2 days in office) Pay: $20/hour
Start & Pay : ASAP / $20 per hour

Overview:
Seeking a Customer Service Rep to support lumber yards and distribution centers with pre-sale and post-delivery inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume calls (100+ per week) and emails
  • Provide order support, POD research, and issue resolution
  • Manage customer interactions from order to delivery
  • Utilize systems like Genesis (or similar call center/CRM platforms)

Qualifications:

  • Call center/customer service experience a plus
  • Window & door industry experience preferred (training provided)
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Reliable internet required for remote work
