We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented nursing professionals to join our care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical operations, and work collaboratively with physicians, care staff, and families to promote positive health outcomes. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans, clinical protocols, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor patient conditions, document assessments, and report changes to the appropriate clinical team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized and within scope of practice.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and ongoing patient education.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe and effective care.
• Support infection control, safety, and quality improvement practices.
• Provide emotional support and respectful communication to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current and active nursing licensure in good standing.
• Experience in a clinical, long-term care, hospital, or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records preferred.
