Clerical Support For Engineering Department
M-F.30 Minute Unpaid Lunch Break Possible Holiday work, No Overtime or travel required Free Parking Provided
Job Summary:
- Provide clerical support to engineering department staffing including forms management, phone support, correspondences, staff meeting minutes, filing, ordering of office supplies, etc.
- Assist the engineering staff through performing data entry functions and preparing reports.
- Will be creating purchase requests for various engineering supplies and equipment.
For consideration for this title, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using computer with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and E-mail) or standard equivalent)
- Some knowledge or background or experience with engineering.
- Verbal and written communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner. Perform other reasonably related duties as required. New Wave People is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
