Job Title: Lead Data Analyst Role Location: Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Banking Duration: 12-18 Months Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST Must-Have Skills 10+ years of technical data analytics / production analytics experience. Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python/Pandas, and ServiceNow. 5+ years of production support and incident analytics experience, including root-cause analysis and stability improvements. Proven experience building dashboards, KPIs, analytics, and reporting from the ground up. Experience analyzing incident volume, MTTD, MTTR, monitoring/observability, and operational data. Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting analytics and recommendations to leadership. Experience partnering with Production Support, SRE, Development, and Application teams. 2+ years of practical experience with AI-assisted tools, such as MS Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar. Nice to Have Financial services / banking experience. SRE, reliability engineering, or observability experience. Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, or similar tools. ServiceNow Performance Analytics experience. Experience analyzing application logs, events, and alerts. Proven results improving incident volume, MTTR/MTTD, or application stability. Compensation Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
