Job Description Job Description Local CDL A Driver – Reading, PA | $23–$26/hr | 30–60 Day Assignment Looking for a great short-term driving opportunity? We are hiring a Local CDL A Driver for a 30–60 day assignment in Reading, PA , with the potential for the assignment to be extended based on business needs. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities. Pay $23.00–$26.00 per hour Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours Assignment Details 30–60 day assignment Potential for extension based on business needs and performance What You'll Do Drive a manual transmission CDL A curtain-side truck Complete approximately 6–7 local deliveries per day Deliver lumber, plywood, hardware, and building materials Assist with unloading smaller items at delivery locations Help load trucks when needed (forklift experience is a plus) Safely handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs Schedule Monday–Friday Start time: 6:00–7:00 AM End time: 3:00–5:00 PM Home daily Requirements 3–5 years of CDL A driving experience Manual transmission experience (no automatic restriction) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Clean MVR and PSP Ability to pass a road test Forklift experience preferred Why Join Us?
