As your leadership responsibilities expand, you will see how your influence impacts the business and your team's success.Assistant Manager Responsibilities:Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goalsOwnership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot & fresh mealsGrow and mentor team through training and hiringEffectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etcLead the overall positive and collaborative family environment.Success Factors:Leads by example with high standards in customer service, cleanliness and qualityUtilizes resources for effective training and development of teamBuilds a team through selecting and onboarding new hiresTakes absolute pride in everything you do and Taco Bell's valuesGoal-oriented leader that enjoys a fast-pace environmentValues customer service and positively impacting our guest's experiencePractices high quality food and cleanliness standardsRequirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderWork schedule:Other10 hour shiftWeekend availabilityDay shiftNight shiftOvertime
