Regional Manager – North East LA School Age Job Hours: Full Time Summary Under the general direction of the Assistant Director, Programs & Services Division, the Regional Manager is a key management position within the Center and is a member of the leadership team. This position has an overall responsibility for the management of this new service coordination team; which includes planning, day-to-day management, supervision of professional and support staff, monitoring and evaluating the work of the team. The incumbent will provide leadership to the team towards the mission and vision of the Center and promotes the strategic direction. Will ensure that standards are maintained, staff comply with regulations and policies and procedures, and that reports, statistic and other required documentation are accomplished and submitted in a timely and professional manner. Regional Managers assist with the development and implementation of quality enhancements activities and are responsible for implementing Self Directed Work Teams, providing leadership, education, and ongoing mentoring. Education & Experience A bachelor’s degree in social, behavioral, special education, early childhood education or related human service field and four years of increasing responsible related professional experience, preferably working with persons with developmental disabilities and previous supervisory experience. A master’s degree may substitute for up to two years of experience. A valid California driver’s license and current automobile insurance is a must. Candidate will also have adequate transportation to fulfill position responsibilities as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
