This PAID internship is perfect for communications, sales, and marketing majors, but is open to all! What You’ll Be Doing Engaging with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events. Starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs through effective communication. Marketing our unique products to a diverse audience. Generating high-quality sales leads and scheduling free, in-home consultations for our sales team. Educating potential customers on our industry-leading window and door solutions. Using persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step. Attending monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders. Conduct final project presentations to leadership with an award ceremony to conclude. What We’re Looking For A natural salesperson – you love talking to people and have a knack for persuasion. Resilient & motivated – you handle rejection well and push forward to hit goals. Strong interpersonal & communication skills – you know how to engage, influence, and build relationships. Professionalism & coachability – reliable attendance, organization, and takes feedback well. Reliable transportation – a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required. A growth mindset – eager to learn, adapt, and develop new sales techniques.
