Corporate Maintenance Manager (Dairy)

Overview A globally known dairy business is recruiting for a Corporate Maintenance Manager to join their corporate engineering team. This is a nationwide role requiring travel to high-profile sites across the United States. While posted as remote, the position is national; relocation is available for out-of-state candidates, ideally based in Idaho, California, New York, or Tennessee. Responsibilities Regularly audit the different plants, propose plans of action, and ensure they are followed through. Create plans to improve efficiencies, reduce labor and downtime costs. Conduct skills assessments at different sites. Identify opportunities or gaps in safety, quality, reliability and cost. Provide general technical expertise for different maintenance teams. Be a liaison between maintenance teams and plant leadership. Qualifications Ability to travel frequently across the US. 7+ years of management experience within maintenance. Experience within a food manufacturing plant, ideally a dairy facility. Experience with Rockwell control systems.
