Quality Manager

South Tulsa manufacturing company seeks a quality manager with approximately 5 years of Quality management experience working with API and ISO. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure company adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, not limited to Quality, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Departments. Analyze and evaluate systems, data, products, technology, quality control procedures, forms, and other applicable documents. Track KPIs, trends, including quality objectives, and report progress during Management Review meetings. Lead the Management Review meeting. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits. Perform quality inspections and audits for product and organization. Conduct ongoing QMS training for all company employees and maintain records. Supervise, lead, and train quality control personnel. Responsible for the Calibration Program of measuring equipment. Work with Engineering, Production, and vendors/suppliers to produce quality products adhering to drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Conduct evaluation of corrective actions, nonconforming material, and out-of-tolerance gauges in accordance with the QMS. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Proven leadership ability. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of quality administration. Proficient in mathematical calculations and formulas as well as geometric tolerancing used in production drawings. Knowledge of all required measuring equipment needed to perform inspections. Familiar with all applicable standards (API, ASME, NACE, ANSI, ISO, etc.). Computer file management literate. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Pay: DOE. #J-18808-Ljbffr
