Client Success Manager Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide clients with product information, pricing details, and updates on their orders.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Create and implement customized strategies to meet client goals and drive business growth.
• Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
• Gather client feedback and communicate it internally to improve products and services.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in client management, account management, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role within the printing industry preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $30,000 - $45,000 per year (USD)
