Sparrow Company is seeking a Sales Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients in Folsom, CA . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support sales operations, account management, and customer service activities in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, providing administrative and operational support to Account Managers, maintaining accurate sales data, coordinating customer requests, assisting with pricing and forecasting, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to do pricing for billable and payable freight to deliver cement
  • Issue adjustments necessary, which result from invoicing
  • Update mass increases for pricing and freight into system
  • Ability to deal with customers and haulers
  • Ability to input information for forecasting budget into system
  • Input daily sales and statistics
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards
  • Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent education or experience preferred
