Sealy, TX, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1081 Salary Range: $25.00 To $35.00 Hourly Job Summary: Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin & English) Construction Project Coordinator to support our Chinese management team and assist with daily project operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in construction project management. This position requires both office-based work and occasional on-site support at construction projects. This is an entry- to mid-level position with growth opportunities. Recent graduates with strong Mandarin and English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers with daily coordination and administrative tasks Provide Mandarin–English translation and interpretation for meetings, documents, and on-site communication Support communication between Chinese management and local teams Track project progress, schedules, and reports Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments Maintain and organize project documentation and records Provide on-site support at construction projects as needed Qualifications: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 0–2 years of experience preferred (recent graduates welcome) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Ability to work both in office and on active construction sites Work Schedule & Overtime: Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime is available and may be required based on project demands #J-18808-Ljbffr
