Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specialized in Telemetry for a travel assignment in South Charleston, WV. This role is stationed in an acute care setting, providing critical care to adult and geriatric patients primarily diagnosed with cardiopulmonary conditions. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Monitor cardiac and other vital signs and recognize and address any critical changes
• Titrate drips including Nitro, Amiodarone, Lasix, Heparin, and Dopamine
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective patient care plans
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EPIC charting system
• Cover for Charge Nurse role if required, with proper training provided
• Contribute to a safe and effective patient care environment

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Active RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, and administering critical drips
• Previous travel nursing experience is required
