Flow Master Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$15.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm )

Set up and operate Flowmaster inserting equipment for direct mail production.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Load materials and ensure accurate assembly of mail pieces.
Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Flow Master Operator Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates.
Ability to follow written instructions and maintain quality standards in a production environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify production issues.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.
High school diploma or GED preferred but may not be required based on experience.
