KC - Warehouse Shipping Line Leader - 2nd Shift - $22/hr

Product Delivery Line Coordinator Location: Kansas City, Missouri (non‑smoking campus) Shift: 2nd Shift – Mon‑Thurs 3:30 pm – 2:00 am. Overtime at peak times may include up to two additional days (Mon & Tues). Compensation: $21 /hr + $1 shift differential = $22 /hr Responsibilities Completes / audits job packets to meet company requirements. Ensures all GMPs and SOPs safety policies are followed. Ensures daily safety trainings and exercises are conducted. Maintains training and attendance records. Ensures that all product deficiencies are corrected to maintain high quality standards. Maintains ample supply of necessary processing supplies. Oversees that the work area is kept neat and orderly. Directs the assignment of daily duties to associates. Completes performance evaluations and/or discipline recommendations for associates. Tracks payroll timecards with Kronos software. Communicates any changes in company policies, procedures, etc. to associates. Assist in new employee training. Other duties as assigned or needed. Utilize mechanical aptitude.
