Role Description The Growth Manager role at Dabre Marketing is a full-time, hybrid position based in Menifee, CA, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that increase client revenue, expand customer bases, and enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying new growth opportunities, managing sales and marketing initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional projects. The Growth Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to optimize campaigns, improve conversion funnels, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position involves setting measurable goals, reporting on key metrics, and continuously testing and refining strategies to drive sustainable growth. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools to interpret data and inform decisions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, presenting findings, and coordinating with internal teams. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion optimization. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives on schedule. Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, email, social) and growth experimentation is beneficial. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities is required. Prior experience in a growth, marketing, or business development role is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
