Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in surgical nursing practices and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. This position requires a combination of both independence and effective communication as you will work closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond appropriately to any changes.
• Assist in preparing patients for surgery including assessments and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
