Peoria, AZ – Large Accounts Specialist | $100k–$120k | Construction-focused | EPIC | CRIS preferred
Specialize in large, complex construction accounts, building carrier relationships, reviewing contracts, and advising clients on risk management. CRIS designation preferred for added expertise.

Scottsdale, AZ – Marketing Manager | $85k–$105k | Supports 4 producers | Renewals and New Business | EPIC or AMS360
Lead the marketing process for new business and renewals. Work closely with producers and carriers to develop competitive proposals, build strong carrier relationships, and ensure seamless submissions.

Work as a versatile account manager across diverse industries. Manage a book of business, support a dedicated producer, and handle all aspects of client service and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service Property & Casualty commercial accounts with expertise and care

• Respond to client inquiries, process policy changes, and advise on coverage options

• Market and quote new business and renewals, ensuring competitive and comprehensive coverage

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers

• Maintain accurate documentation for renewals, compliance, and service needs

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial lines insurance experience (independent agency preferred)

• Active Arizona Property & Casualty license

• Professional designations such as CIC, CRIS, or CPCU are a plus

• Proficiency with EPIC, AMS360, or TAM

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication and client service skills
