As a Senior Principal Recruiter, you'll be the matchmaker extraordinaire, connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. Here's what you'll be doing: Hunt down top-notch candidates and match them with dream roles at our corporate clients. Dive into resumes and conduct killer phone and video interviews to find the perfect fit. Be the ultimate wingman/woman – assist with interview prep and all communications, including extending those golden job offers. Keep things organized and on track by updating client and applicant files in our system. Crush those hiring goals to keep our clients happy and coming back for more. Recruiter Qualifications: Got what it takes? We're looking for at least 3 years of rock-solid Agency Recruiting & Technical Recruiting experience. Speed is your middle name – thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. You know the recruitment lifecycle like the back of your hand. Tech-savvy? Even better! Proficiency with Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS and search tools is a big plus. Must be able to commute to our Midtown Manhattan Office Ready to join the party?
