With a hands-on approach, you\'ll drive sales, maintain an inviting store environment, and foster a culture of excellence. Responsibilities Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and team scheduling. Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed store goals. Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to inspire customers and employees alike. Ensure the store remains beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and inviting. Handle administrative responsibilities, including cash management, reporting, and compliance with company policies. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment where employees feel valued and motivated. Qualifications Retail management experience (2+ years preferred). A passion for food, flavors, and creating memorable customer experiences. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems. A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example. Comfort using point-of-sale systems and managing store operations.
