YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with each guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. JOB DESCRIPTION As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and making suggestions that fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels, and you flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and consistently demonstrate teamwork and integrity. Your Responsibilities You are a people person, using the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and excited to recommend them to guests. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You are an innovative problem‑solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while following company policy. You are a team player, always willing to assist your teammates. You act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures. You are available to work when guests shop (even evenings, weekends, and holidays). You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years old. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
