We are seeking a Full Time 8:30am – 5:00pm dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for an RN with a passion for long-term care, staff development, and maintaining survey readiness. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support nursing staff on a designated unit • Conduct daily rounds to ensure high-quality, compliant resident care • Oversee and manage individualized care plans • Ensure ongoing compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations • Maintain continuous survey readiness and participate in audits/QAPI • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback • Communicate effectively with families and physicians regarding resident care • Oversee admissions, discharges, and transitions of care (RN) qualifications include: • Active RN license in the state of Georgia • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (SNF) • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey process • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills • Passion for delivering quality, resident-centered care We invite qualified candidates to submit their detailed resume using the “Apply Now” feature or send resume to View phone number on click.appcast.io or mail resume to: Presbyterian Village, Human Resources.
