Job Description Description SAIC has an immediate opening and is seeking a Program Analyst to join our talented team in Crane, IN.NOTE: This role requires an active Secret Clearance.JOB RESPONSIBILITES:Responsible for all aspects of producing deliverables to inform Task Managers decision-makingHelp our customers solve complex problems; manage project communications, schedules, and workflow; strategically research and frame broad, multifaceted issues; and increase workforce productivity through process improvementOversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and will serve as the liaison between various managersReview status of projects and budgetsResponsible participating in and establishing program plan requirements to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are metServe as a member of the planning team as well as the execution team, tracking future/planned projects as performance trends weeklySupport customer with other tasks as assigned duties related to program management, execution and communications Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience; Additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted1-3 years preferred in supporting Program Managers with daily workloadIntermediate experience ALL Microsoft Suites Proficient in SharePoint, GEARS, PACS, DTS Expert in communications with senior leaders down to integration teamSecret Clearance required to startCandidate must be a US CitizenProactiveness, motivation to work in a collaborative environment, and ability to balance multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines are critical to success in this position Overview SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.SAIC®is a premier mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
