We’re looking for Flaggers—the brave, the alert, the ones who can stand tall (literally) and keep traffic moving safely through construction zones. No cape required, just a good attitude and a valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Direct traffic like a boss (with a paddle, not a whistle)

· Keep your cool while drivers give you the “why is there traffic?” face

· Work outdoors, rain or shine—because the road never sleeps

· Follow safety rules like your life depends on it (because it kind of does)

What We’re Looking For

· You show up on time and ready to go

· You can stand for long periods and don’t melt in the rain

· You’ve got a valid driver’s license and a ride that gets you to work

· You’re a team player with a sense of humor and a serious respect for safety
