Meadowbrook Solutions Human Resources Job FunctionsTalent and recruitment operations - Oversee the new hire and orientation process so that all employees and management understand HR policies, and company requirements. Use the E-Verify system to confirm employment eligibility. Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital employee files, including documentation, benefits information, health verification signatures, and disciplinary action records. Ensure the completion of all onboarding documents, including I-9, W-4, G-4, and the onboarding package. Track and monitor employee onboarding processes to ensure the employee completes and signs all documentation within the three day timeframe. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to discuss recruitment needs and staff our stores in a timely manner. Maintain a friendly presence in all store locations.Requirements1-2 Years of experienceProficient in excel, word, Google documents, database systems, and ADP workforce.Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law basics, and benefits administrationSolid organizational skills, time-management skills, with attention to detail.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsMust be highly organized and detail-oriented with the capability to oversee many aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment.Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!You are applying for a job with a franchisee of the Meadowbrook® system and not a Corporation.
