Associate Wealth Advisor Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE Associate Wealth Advisor Responsibilities First 90 days: Learn the operational side of the business, including securities trading, wire transfers, opening new accounts, and daily operations. Support financial planning and investment modeling efforts for current clients. Assist in expanding planning and financial modeling capabilities for existing clients. Receive training in operations, securities trading, and investment management. Progress into supporting client meetings and financial plan reviews. Answer client questions and assist with ongoing client service needs. Over time, work directly with clients independently and as part of the advisory team. Conduct approximately 20-25 quarterly client meetings (primarily in person) to review financial plans. Articulate the company's investment strategy and value proposition to existing and prospective clients. Develop networking and business development skills to help attract new clients. Transition into a full client-facing Financial Advisor role over time. Benefit from mentorship and professional development under a partner with CFP, CFA, and CPA credentials. Associate Wealth Advisor Requirements 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on client-facing roles and financial planning. CFP certification or nearing completion within 6 to 12 months. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate skills required). Bachelor's degree in financial planning, accounting, or economics is required. Experience with MoneyGuide Pro for planning is preferred.
