• Typically M-F, 32 hours/week guaranteed
• CCRC (SNF/Assisted Living/ OP Independent Living)
• Strongly prefer CCRC exp and geriatric exp required
• Open to long-term contracts and perm conversions
• Prefer someone to work some weekends
