Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation services. The role involves assessing patients’ needs and developing tailored treatment plans to enhance mobility and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized therapy plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and exercises.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Comply with facility policies and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Demonstrate strong assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Have a minimum of 1 year of clinical outpatient or inpatient experience.

• Able to bring a government-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
