Job Responsibilities
\n - Provide 24-hour call coverage for urology cases
\n - Respond to approximately 2-4 calls per night, with 1-2 onsite call-ins expected
\n - Perform common hospital procedures such as kidney stone management, stenting, and difficult catheter placements
\n - Conduct inpatient rounding and manage new admissions

Qualifications
\n - Board Certification in Urology required
\n - Experience in general urology and adult urological care
\n - Preferred experience in laparoscopic surgeries and nephrectomy
\n - Ability to respond onsite within 20 minutes during call

Working Hours
\n - 24-hour call shifts, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
\n - Average onsite call-back hours: 2-4 hours per day

Skills
\n - Proficiency in ureteroscopy
\n - Strong communication skills for patient consults and collaboration with medical staff
\n - Ability to work independently while on call, with meticulous documentation of call-back hours and patient care activities
