Engineering Manager, ORC Systems & Plant Layout (Hybrid)

Fervo Energy in Houston, TX, is seeking an Engineering Manager for the ORC equipment and plant layout. You will own the design, cost, and schedule for air-cooled condenser, heat exchangers, pumps, piping, and low-voltage equipment across multiple projects.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, manage budget and scope from design through startup, and collaborate with EPCs, Supply Chain, and Operations to scale deployment of geothermal power solutions.
