Seasonal Coordinator - Client Relations Center - 59th Street

Summary This seasonal coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email and live chat, supporting the Hermès eCommerce business and US flagship boutiques. The role focuses on delivering elevated, brand-aligned service, resolving order and delivery issues, and maintaining confidentiality and high client expectations. This is an onsite, three-month assignment based at the New York corporate office. Responsibilities Answer inbound phone, email and live chat inquiries with professional, brand-appropriate communication Place and follow up on online orders and resolve delivery or order-related issues Respond to client voicemails and ensure timely resolution and follow-up Collaborate with internal partners and boutiques to resolve client requests Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to foster long-term client loyalty Maintain confidentiality, data protection and adherence to company policies Requirements Open availability including weekends; flexibility to meet business needs 1+ years of call center or customer service experience (including internships) Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high-end customer service preferred Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software and Microsoft Excel/Word Ability to multitask, exercise sound judgment and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
