VIP Reservation & Luxury Guest Concierge

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Reservationist for Luxury Services to ensure exceptional service delivery to VIP guests, managing interactions professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience in a luxury environment and be able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, maintaining knowledge of property offerings, and managing guest experiences.
