You May Be a Great Fit as an Business Development Representative at Brian Robinson Agency if: We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative for our Property and Casualty products, to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options. Key Responsibilities Property and Casualty Products Sales Specialist. Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications. Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services. Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs and preferences. Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events. Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives. Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. Qualifications Must have Illinois Property and Casualty licenses. Experience required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Organizational and time-management abilities. Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred.
