The Arc Allegany-Steuben is seeking a Life Coach V to supervise Life Coach I–III and ensure person-centered services within the Residential program. The role emphasizes maintaining health and safety, documenting care, and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
You will oversee program standards, coordinate daily activities, and work with teams to ensure quality services are delivered in a compassionate, confidential manner. Salary is $23.00/hour with a comprehensive benefits package.
