If you have at least one year of experience and a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing As part of the management team at Two J's Grille, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and our guests leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Leading and supporting team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
We’re seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your duties.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
- A passion for creating a great experience for both guests and employees.
