LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an Accounting Manager position. Seeking a hands-on leader to oversee accounting and financial reporting across GAAP . This role manages a team, drives accurate regulatory reporting, and partners across the business on complex accounting and analytics. This position is primarily in office Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and review work of the corporate accounting team
- Oversee financial reporting and regulatory filings (annual statements, audits, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
- Support complex accounting research and process improvements
- Partner cross-functionally and leverage data for insights
- Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's/CPA preferred)
- Public accounting experience (management strongly preferred)
- Minimum 8 years accounting experience
- Advanced Excel + ERP experience required
- Strong financial reporting, analytics, and communication skills
