Project Manager, Routing

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience At least three years of experience in data analysis, project management, or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights and clearly communicate findings Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and data visualization principles Ability to balance strategic, big-picture thinking with close attention to detail Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Demonstrated passion for process improvement and automation Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in a related field Experience working with large datasets using tools such as SQL, SAP, Power Query, or Microsoft Access Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Familiarity with routing, logistics, or supply chain operations Physical Requirements Regular use of hands for handling, typing, and reaching Frequent sitting and occasional walking Occasional standing, bending, kneeling, or crouching Additional Details Travel 20-30% Permanent Benefits eligible #J-18808-Ljbffr
