Description Read and interpret blueprints and specifications effectively and make good sound decisions based on data presented.
Find problems, identify root cause, develop solution and initiate preventative measures.
Teach and coach less experienced Quality Auditors, supervisors and operators on the shop floor. To seek quality improvement and cost reduction ideas.
Overall, to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction. Meet or exceed the customers expectation and prevent non-conforming product Conduct internal quality audits of product and processes to heighten effectiveness of "Quality at the Source" Requirements Able to lift at least 50 pounds on occasion Have good organizational and communication skills Be computer literate AS400, Microsoft Office, FSM, XA Detail oriented Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, have good attendance and be detail oriented in working with parts, measuring equipment, and paperwork.
