HR Leader, Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs

Johnson & Johnson seeks an HR Leader for Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs to develop and execute people strategy across five U.S. locations. The role combines talent management, organizational design, culture development, and executive coaching to align human capital with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent strategy including attraction, development, retention, and succession planning for critical roles
- Partner with business leaders to shape culture, engagement strategies, and organizational design initiatives
- Develop trusted coaching relationships with leaders to build capabilities and enhance team effectiveness
- Conduct workforce planning and organizational analysis to align human capital with business priorities
- Drive execution of HR programs with consistency and rigor while monitoring market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 8+ years HR experience; minimum 2 years in strategic HR Business Partner role preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with business acumen
- Demonstrated judgment and discretion advising on sensitive organizational and talent matters
- Ability to synthesize talent data, business strategy, and workforce trends into actionable recommendations
