This role will work with Operations, onsite teams, and leadership to troubleshoot system issues, improve workflows, maintain data accuracy, and support Entrata-related implementations and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary resource for Entrata across the property portfolio.Troubleshoot Entrata system, workflow, and data-related issues that impact the businessAnalyze and improve Entrata workflows and operational processes.Support Entrata implementations, upgrades, transitions, and new property onboarding.Assist the Corporate with providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.Review system data and reports for accuracy and identify process gaps.Develop Entrata SOPs, user guides, and process documentation. Test and validate Entrata changes, workflows, and configurations.Train and support onsite and remote teams on Entrata processes.Coordinate with Operations, IT, leadership, and Entrata support to resolve issues.Required Qualifications5+ years of relevant professional experience in systems, operations, or property management technology.Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in Entrata is required.Hands-on experience supporting Entrata within multifamily property management.Strong understanding of property management workflows and operations.Experience with system troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and process improvement.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Experience creating SOPs, training materials, or system documentation.BenefitsHealth insurance.Paid time off.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment.
