About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee the strategic and day-to-day financial and clinical operations. The CFO will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including accounting, billing, cash management, investment management, and financial reporting. This role involves preparing the annual budget, analyzing third-party payer contracts, and leading the annual financial audit. The CFO will also ensure the accuracy of all financial reports, manage the financial aspects of grants, and supervise billing and accounting operations to comply with government regulations and accounting standards. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, with a Master's degree or CPA preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with staff supervision is required, and previous experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is also preferred. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of financial systems, the healthcare environment, and industry standards, as well as experience with practice management and computer systems. Skills in financial analysis, the ability to communicate effectively, and a proven track record of leadership and achieving goals are essential. The CFO will also be expected to participate in long-range planning, represent the company at various meetings, and maintain professional affiliations for continued development in the field.
