Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Draw from a wealth of evidence-based methods to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks for your patients
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other healthcare professionals including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and ongoing care to promote continued progress
• Track Clinical Progress: Monitor and document patient developments and adjust treatments as necessary, ensuring that everyone stays on the pathway to recovery

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continued education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
