Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Experienced and willing to work NICU RRT. - Level 3 experience: high frequency ventilation, deliveries.

Required Credentials: - Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI

Special Requests: - No travel pairs or trios. - Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in Arizona facilities. - No RTO during the first week of assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: - Must be willing to work weekends and/or holidays. - Weekend schedule to be determined by the facility. - On-call to be determined by the facility. - RTO cannot exceed 7 days.

Floating Requirements: - Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
