This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not temp or contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered therapy to individuals recovering from serious illness, injury, or surgery, focusing on regaining independence.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and use therapeutic interventions to improve functional mobility and cognitive skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in order to ensure patient progress and success
• Educate patient and their families on adaptive equipment, safety techniques, and home exercises

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required, Masters in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Current, active Occupational Therapist license within state of practice (Texas)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay rate starts at $83K but can be significantly higher based on years of experience and education

• Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, with occasional weekends
• $3000 Relocation assistance provided with proof of receipt
