Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Palm Coast, FL 32137 PRN | Flexible Schedule | $90–$200 Per Evaluation/Treatment | No Driving Between Patients

Looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive therapy team? Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)/Speech Therapist to provide services to our geriatric patients in the Palm Coast area .

We specialize in helping older adults maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and age in place with dignity. If you are passionate about geriatric therapy and want the freedom to use your clinical judgment, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in assisted living and/or home settings
Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Complete accurate, thorough daily documentation in the EMR

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Therapy
Active Florida SLP license
New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome
