Licenses/Certifications: RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State; BLS and ACLS certifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required

Vascular Access: Competency in all access types

Proficiency: Tablo Hemodialysis System

What You'll Do

• Administer acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor vascular access, treatment response, and patient stability
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrologists, hospitalists, and intensivists
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record
• Follow infection control standards and hospital policies
• Foster a caring, team-oriented environment providing patient-centered care
• Potentially support weekend coverage and program growth as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• At least 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, including ICU dialysis
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Experience with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently and perform detailed patient assessments
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration
