We are looking for a Geotechnical Engineer in Port Arthur, TX. Requires an M.S. +5 years or Ph.D. +3 years of experience and EIT. Join Our Client, a world-class EPC contractor, to build generation-defining projects and make a lasting impact with an extraordinary team!

responsibilities:
- Provide on-site geotechnical engineering support to ensure construction complies with the procedures, codes, and contract requirements of Our Client.
- Coordinate and oversee field investigations, in-situ testing, and soil sampling performed by site-investigation contractors.
- Supervise driven-pile installations to verify that location, alignment, and embedment match approved drawings and specifications.
- Witness dynamic and static pile load tests while verifying driveability against wave-equation criteria and reviewing capacity records.
- Oversee ground improvement initiatives, geotechnical instrumentation, settlement monitoring, and earthwork quality control.
