Your Role

Utilize our unique platform and your network to source potential healthcare candidates

Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

Arrange appointments between candidates and our talent acquisition specialists for comprehensive screenings

Keep in touch with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring process

Ensure our applicant tracking system is accurate and up-to-date

Receive commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Requirements for Success

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only role focused on performance. This means there's no limitation to your earning potential and no top limit on your success.

You will earn based on true value generated:

Commission for every qualified meeting you organize

Additional payments when interviews arise from your outreach
