NOW HIRING – Commercial Painter / Finisher
Location: Seguin, TX
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | Overtime Available
Tri-Starr Talent is seeking a skilled Commercial Painter / Finisher for a growing commercial construction company in Seguin, TX . We're looking for professionals who take pride in producing high-quality finishes and have experience working on commercial construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming.
- Apply paints, primers, stains, sealers, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Perform drywall repairs, taping, floating, and Level 5 finishing as needed.
- Match colors and ensure smooth, professional finishes.
- Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
- Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
- Safely work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with project teams to complete work on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial painting and finishing experience .
- Experience with airless and conventional spray equipment.
- Strong knowledge of drywall finishing, patching, and texture application.
- Experience applying epoxies, urethanes, and commercial-grade coatings is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at varying heights.
- Must have basic painter hand tools.
